Bentonville West High School | Bentonville, AR

Senior Landon Price hits half-court buzzer beater to give his team the win over across-town rival Bentonville High!

Manalapan High School | Englishtown, NJ

Bravecast play-by-play commentator, Brandon Schwinger, and color commentator, Robert Moore, brought the energy to the broadcast with their thrilling call of DJ Corsoro’s pick-six on Saint John Vianney’s opening drive, setting the tone for Manalapan’s dramatic 38-35 victory nearly a year after Manalapan upset Saint John Vianney in overtime. The quarterback dropped back under pressure and threw right into the hands of Cornerback DJ, and he took it to the house for a 50-yard pick-six!

Springside Chestnut Hill Academy | Philadelphia, PA

Down by one in overtime, the SCH Blue Devils dialed up a risky two-point conversion play with their season and a league title on the line against the defending champion Malvern Prep Friars. Senior QB Liam Zelman rolled out and threw a beautiful pass to Senior WR Aaron Clark to cap off the upset in a 21-20 victory, securing their first League Title in nearly two decades, and their first win over Malvern since 1966.

EVENT OF THE YEAR

An event that broke a record, hosted a stadium-packed rivalry or provided an experience that regular streamed events don't offer.

Fairland High School | Proctorville, OH

What started as a rivalry basketball game quickly became a full showcase of student leadership, innovation, school spirit, and live media production at Fairland High School.

The Fairland Dragons Eye student broadcast team selected the January 21st girls basketball matchup against our longtime rival as our Event of the Year. While the final score of 64–18 resulted in a decisive Fairland victory, the real story of the night was the incredible student-driven production and school spirit surrounding the event.

This game served as a showcase for the full capabilities of the Dragons Eye media program and the FDN Network. Thirteen students worked together to manage nearly every aspect of the evening, creating a professional-level broadcast while simultaneously supporting multiple student-led initiatives happening inside the gym.

Manalapan High School | Englishtown, NJ

In honor of the 250th Anniversary of America, the Bravecast team interviewed the Monmouth County Clerk and Co-Chair of the Monmouth NJ 250 Committee, Clerk Hanlon.
